After harvesting, the processing stage begins — the step in which the fruit’s pulp is removed and the green bean is separated.

- Dry (natural) processing, which brings sweetness and fruity notes
At this stage, the coffee’s character already begins to form — even before roasting.
Roasting — The Moment the Magic Happens 🔥
The green beans arrive at the roastery, where they undergo a transformation. Under precise heat and carefully controlled timing, their color, aroma, and structure change. Roasts can be light, medium, or dark — and each tells a different story: floral and delicate, balanced and chocolatey, or deep and bitter.
A good roast doesn’t “hide” the coffee — it highlights what’s already there.
From Grinding to Brewing at Home
In the final stage, the coffee reaches us. The grind size, brewing method (filter, moka pot, espresso, French press), and even water quality all affect the final result. This is the moment when the long journey meets our everyday routine.
A great cup of coffee at home is never a given — it’s the result of hundreds of small decisions, precise human craftsmanship, and a genuine love for the raw material.
